Fudoshin Ju-Jitsu offers Martial Arts training in Hertfordshire, we have classes in Bushey, Hemel Hempstead, Hertford, South Oxhey and Watford. Our classes are suitable for children and adults, from complete beginners to established practitioners. As well as learning an effective martial art, we offer you the opportunity to improve your Ju-Jitsu whether your interest is just for a hobby or if you want to improve your combat skills.

What is the youngest age you teach?
We have 3 children's age groups...
Infants ages 5-7 years
Juniors ages 8-12 years
Teens ages 13-16 years
The minimum age accepted is 5 due to the nature of the class as lessons are tuition based and require children to be able to follow instructions.
Can I have a trial lesson?
Absolutely, we welcome you to come for a FREE no obligation trial lesson...how else are you going to find out how great Ju-Jitsu is.
Do I need any experience?
You don't need to have any experience, everyone has to start somewhere and you couldn't have found a better place to begin.
Our instructors are friendly and our students are very helpful.
What should I wear?
You'll need to be comfortable so we suggest light breathable clothing is advisable...until you need a Gi that is..
