Infant Class


Suitable for children aged between 5 - 7 years of age.


Classes run for 45 minutes and are designed to build confidence and discipline.


The infant syllabus is structured to develop and improve balance and mobility as

well as hand & eye co-ordination.

Gradings for advancement take place three times a year.


Junior Class


Suitable for children aged between 8 - 12 years of age.


Classes run for 1 hour and are designed to encourage discipline and etiquette.


The junior syllabus is structured to develop and improve fitness and include more

advanced techniques

Gradings for advancement take place three times a year.


Intermediate Class


Suitable for teenagers aged between 13 - 16 years of age.


Classes run for 1 hour and are designed to improve stamina and develop controlled aggression.


The intermediate syllabus is structured to prepare them for the adult class and includes practical self defense.


Gradings for advancement take place three times a year.
